Adrenalin Award Winner for Best Dance/Skate Couple

MBR: How long have you and your partner been skating together?
Rollo: Sheva and I have been skating together for about 3 months.

MBR: Where do the two of you get your moves from?
Rollo: We put our heads together, watched others and added on to what we saw.

MBR: Where did you all meet?
Rollo: Sheva and I met at Skate Palace in Temple Hills, MD.

MBR: We all have reasons why we skate. Why do you skate? What motivates you to skate?
Rollo: I skate for the fun, exercise and the opportunity to meet people.

MBR: When you first heard of the Adrenalin Awards, what were your thoughts?
Rollo: I was excited to know that there was such a thing as this going on.

MBR: How did you feel when you found out you were an Adrenalin Nominee?
Rollo: I felt honored.

MBR: Did you campaign to get people to vote for you or did you just sit back and let the voters make an unsolicited decision?
Rollo: I just sat back and let the skaters decide.

MBR: Did you think you had a chance at winning? If not, who in your category did you think would win?
Rollo: I thought my chances were a little low because I figured the person who had the most friends or who ever was the most popular would win.

MBR: How did you feel when you won?
Rollo: I felt like a star!

MBR: Were you nervous when you went up to accept your award?
Rollo: No way! I love the crowd.

MBR: Have you won any trophies in skating competitions?
Rollo: I have been unbeaten for about 8 years now.

MBR: Is the Adrenalin Award any different from the others that you have won?
Rollo: Yes, I see it as a landmark in my skating.

MBR: Do you have any comments or other information you would like to share?
Rollo: Don't get me wrong but I never dreamed I would be nominated for Best Couple. Maybe Best Male when I saw some of the nominees were guys that I taught. But I am very happy with my win and I love you guys for having the awards. I will work on my skating for the next Awards and try for Best Male or whatever I can get.
